Age: appears to be in her early twenties (is actually much older thanks to her elven liniage)

Personality/attitude: very guarded--keeps her emotions hidden. Very quiet and detached. Always has kind of a sulky, frowny deep contemplative look. Desperately yearns to be loved. Extremely clumsy.

Skin tone: dark stone grey

Eye color: red

Face: Very beautiful, exotic looking, almond shaped eyes, full pouty lips.

Hair: white, really long--worn in a really thick loose braid which falls almost to her ankles. A few shorter loose wispy strands around her face. Braid tied at bottom with a flat ribbon or cord wrapped around braid a few times and tied in a simple knot.

Body type: Trim, fit, muscular, well built. Tall, really long legs, tall/long ears--not taller than head though.

Clothing:
**Standard/outfit: white loin cloth, rectangular shaped--about 12” inches wide with the bottom edge falling somewhere between knee and mid-calf. Sides are 3 thin silver chains, the top one supports the loin cloth, the other two drape ornamentally. Hangs low on hips. Shirt: white string bikini top. All “strings” are thin silver chains. Back possibly spider web design made of thin chains. Shoes: soft white leather ghillies. Noiseless leather soles, laces wrapped around ankles. Appears in almost all of the ref pics below.
**For travel: cloak--heavy black cloth, floor-legnth, huge hood hides face completely in shadow, whole cloak conceals entire body except hands and feet. Soft black leather gloves and boots. When cloak, gloves, and traveling boots are worn togeather, others can not see any bit of skin or hair to reveal she is Drow. Please note first reference picture below.
**Dress: a very long piece of white cloth that drapes around the neck and hangs straight down in front almost to the ground. The outside/back edges of the fabric are pulled around to meet low on her back, where they are pinned togeather by a spider broach (same as her necklace pendant--see jewelry section below). A thin chain serves as a cord which is wrapped/criss-crossed around her waist to hold everything in place, the ends meet in the back under the broach. **Fancy dress: this dress (but in white), with a couple of small modifications... The upper strap (under arm) should be a thin silver chain, the lower strap (across hip) should be replaced with her spider pendant, acting as a broach to pin the sides togeather. On the open side of this dress, she wears a wide silver arm cuff with a spider-web motif on her upper arm. When wearing this dress, Neila's hair should be 'done-up' in an series of small braids arranged into an elaborate up-do. Shoes are left off in favor of some foot jewelry like this but in thin silver chains with a spider-web mofit.

Jewelry: circlet: thin flat silver band with a small/medium sized ruby --like this--sits in center of forehead, halfway between her eyebrows and her hairline. Necklace: long thin silver chain, hangs between cleavage and pendant falls on her stomach area. Pendant is a very large silver spider--about real tarantula size. Body of spider pendant is a huge faceted ruby with a soft magical glow. Note: pendant is instead worn as a broach with her dress outfits.

weapons: 6 foot long silver ornately patterned staff/bo (see second reference pic below). Ornate silver ceremonial dagger--spider or spider web motif--ruby/ies on handle.

Brief history/story:
Neila was brought up in Pertian society and was raised as a proper Petros elf would be with extensive weapons training as well as the magical training priestesses receive. She was always very quiet and reserved and though she excelled in whatever was put before her, her heart was never truly in it. Deep in her heart, she didn’t agree with most of the things it means to be Petrian, her loyalty to her family and community leaders, however, took precedence and she always did what was expected of her without question or protest. Neila is physically very beautiful and her status as a priestess made her very desirable to her many potential suitors. She never accepted their affections however, knowing their interest lay only in her beauty and/or status. Neila wanted desperately to be loved for who she truly was inside. The time came when she was to marry and she put it off as long as she could, but eventually her parents were forcing her to marry for political reasons. Neila would not marry without love however and all of her bottled up feelings finally took over and she left her family and everything she had ever known behinds and fled to the surface.

She now lives on the surface, traveling around, desperately seeking love and acceptance. When traveling she conceals herself entirely with boots, gloves, and a huge cloak for where ever she goes she is met with hate and animosity for simply being Petrian. Despite her training and skill with weapons, Neila is ultimately extremely clumsy--I suppose this comes from the fact that her heart really isn’t fully into anything. While fighting, she is expertly in command, but the rest of the time she is constantly bumping into things, knocking things over, letting her cloak fly aside and reveal her liniage...stuff like that.
